Payment Method
Payments is accepted online via credit card.
It is not possible for us to alter your order once it has been processed and shipped. However, you may email us immediately at eshop@lozon.com.sg after placing your order, and we will try our best to accede to your request.
Backorders
Estimated delivery of backorder items is 18-22 weeks from order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All products and packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
All exchanges will be reviewed and Lozon E Shop reserves the right to perform remedies including:
- Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, subjecting to stock availability
For all exchange requests, please email us at Eshop@lozon.com.sg including your contact details, order details and the reason for exchange.
Shipping locally (Singapore) is calculated automatically upon checkout and charged at $10 per transaction. Purchases exceeding $100 will be entitled to free delivery.
How many days will shipping take?
For Singapore local shipping: Within 2- 4 working days.
When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Singapore time.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
We only ship to customers in Singapore currently.
